2. Doesn't the food I eat provide all the nutrients I need?
Research* shows that most soils are lacking in nutrients. They may not even contain enough nourishment
for the plant itself. Furthermore, plants are harversted prematurely and are often transported long
distances, both of which have a negative effect on the nutritional content. Increasing industrial
food processing is another significant factor. This processing usually include heating the food to
high temperatures, which kills all the important enzymes that are present in fresh food.

4.What RDI % (Recommended Daily Intake) does AlkaGreens contain?
We have chosen not to specify the RDI since the percentages depend on how well your body functions.
If your body can't absorb the nutrients in the food you eat, the RDI has no real value. What AlkaGreens
does is to support all the processes in your body to increase its capacity to absorb nutrients.
5. Do I need to eat other supplements when using AlkaGreens?
AlkaGreens is an all-organic, natural product containing 25 different grasses, sprouts and greens.
Since the ingredients are organic, preservative-free and have a high enzyme content, your body can
utlize 100 % of the nutrients it contains. AlkaGreens is simply a concentrated, high quality food.
Our experience is that you don't need to take any other supplements that contains vitamins, minerals,
or amino acids when you use AlkaGreens. The simplest way of finding out is of course to try AlkaGreens
for a few weeks and observe how you feel. However, AlkaGreens doesn't contain any fatty acids, so you
may need to supplement this. If you have any specific health problems you may also need to complement

6. What does 'organically grown' mean?
Organically grown means that the ingredients in AlkaGreens are grown without the use of pesticides or

The reason that the AlkaGreens contents are organically grown is that we want it to be free
from toxins, chemicals and artificial additives. The body is unable to recognize food that
is unnatural or artificial, which impairs the body's breakdown and disposal of unwanted substances.
Accumulation of foreign substances in the body can interfere with its natural functions.

9. Why are natural products better than synthetic tablets?

Food Administration . The raw materials are grown all over the world and the product is compounded
in the US. The US food control is more extensive than in Sweden.

The product is compunded in the US, and the raw materials are purchased from all around the world where
they either grow naturally or are organically cultivated.
15. What is the product's shelf life?
The product can be stored un-opened for 2 years. The use-by-month is stated on the bottom of the jar.
16. How long has AlkaGreens been on the market?
The company AlkaGreens AB was formed in early 2003 and the product AlkaGreens has been on the market
since the summer of 2004.
17. Why is the product contents so small?
The blend is optimized and concentrated, hence only a small amount is needed per day.
18. How long does a jar last for?
One jar lasts for about 20 days when the recommended amount (6 capsules/scoops per day) is used.
19. I am allergic to pollen – can I still use AlkaGreens?
Yes. AlkaGreens supports your body systems and helps them return to equilibrium. AlkaGreens
strengthens your body and helps it withstand environmental stress factors such as pollen and
other allergens.
20. I am intolerant to gluten – can I still use AlkaGreens?
Yes, you can use AlkaGreens. AlkaGreens does not contain any gluten. The various types of
grasses (e.g. wheatgrass) do sprout from grains, but it is only the grain itself that may
contain gluten.
21. I already feel healthy. Is there any reason that I should use AlkaGreens?
Even if you are careful about your food, drink and exercising, or have a strong constitution, we are
all constantly exposed to many environmental toxins as well as other stress factors. Therefore it is
always wise to use AlkaGreens as a preventive measure.
1. How much AlkaGreens should I use and when?
Take two capsules or scoops three times a day if nothing else has been prescribed. You will achieve
the best effect if you use AlkaGreens approximately 30 minutes before a meal, and you should always
take it with water.
2. What happens if I use more or less than the recommended dose?
AlkaGreens is a concentrated food and can't be overdosed. However you may experience minor complaints
in the form of various cleansing symptoms. See Q 4 in the Effect section below. Using a lower dose
than the recommended intake is of course better than not using AlkaGreens at all.
3. Is it important that I mix AlkaGreens with water?
AlkaGreens helps the body get rid of accumulated toxins and waste products. Hence, mixing AlkaGreens
with water increases the body's ability to cleanse unwanted substances. For optimal absorption
AlkaGreens should be mixed with water only.
4. Why is water so important?
Our daily activities use up several liters of water through exhalation, sweat, urine, etc.
Because of this we need to replenish our bodies with fresh water. The body contains
approximately 70% water, so your total intake of food and drink must contain an average
of 70% water. What your body craves is pure drinking water or foods rich in water, such as
fruit and vegetables, not polluted and processed water such as sodas, coffee or alcohol.
A good rule of thumb is to drink 1 liter of water per 30 kg body weight. However, this need may
vary, for instance if you're on a heavy exercising program, if you are pregnant or nursing, if
you have an on-going infection, if you eat food that contains a lot of water such as fruits and
vegetables, etc. The colour of your urine is generally a good indicator of whether you get
enough water. A clear or light yellow colour throughout the day indicates a sufficient
intake. (Note: If you take vitamin B2 supplements, the colour of your urine will turn bright yellow.)
5. Is AlkaGreens suitable for pregnant women, children and older people?
Since AlkaGreens is a concentrated food, it works to support your body also when you are pregnant,
a child or a senior. However, the optimal dose may vary somewhat from the recommended intake of
6 capsules/scoops per day. Always consult your physician if you are unsure.
6. Is AlkaGreens suitable for animals?
Yes, AlkaGreens is good for animals. For instance, dogs and horses have shown increased health
when they have been given AlkaGreens. Dogs need a bit less and horses a bit more than the
recommended intake for humans of 6 capsules/scoops per day.

AlkaGreens fulfills your daily need of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. Even if you don't
have any health problems or symtoms, AlkaGreens will support your body, preventing symptoms

symptoms, decrease your intake. However, the best thing is generally to increase the intake.
Also, it is very important that you drink enough water to enable your body to get rid of the
waste products through the four elimination systems (exhalation, sweat, urine, and defecation).
- What happens if I experience loose stools when using AlkaGreens?
AlkaGreens supports overstrained organs in the digestive tract. When your body's climate has
stabilised your digestive function will improve. The same is valid if you become constipated,
nauseated, etc.
- What happens if I experience a rash when using AlkaGreens?
The body has four systems that eliminate waste products: exhalation, sweat, urine, and defecation.
Since the skin is the body's largest organ, part of the waste products can leave the body through
the skin. If there is too much elimination through the skin, a rash may arise . Make sure you drink
enough water.
5. Are there any side-effects?
AlkaGreens is an all-natural product which is normally completely without side-effects. Should
your body be over-loaded by stored toxins and waste products, certain cleansing symptoms may
occur when the toxins are released in your body. The importance of drinking enough water to
