Hi, I have recently started using Alkagreens after a recommendation from a friend. I used to have a lot of problems with heartburn at bedtime, but this has disappeared. Hi, I started using AlkaGreens 1.5 years ago. In the first three weeks my energy level fluctuated heavily, only to stabilise on a high level. Thanks to this product I have been able to do a lot more than I've normally been able to during the past year. Incipient colds are easy to stop by increasing the AlkaGreens dosage and drinking more water. Another (strange) bonus is that AlkaGreens decreases the intoxicating effect of alcohol. If I take AlkaGreens after two or thre glasses of wine the intoxicating effect disappears almost completely. Of course one has to be careful not to think that the alcohol has left the blood stream, which of course it hasn't!

I and my husband used to run a health shop in the 1980's. We started our business after my husband recovered from an 'incurable' brain tumour. The business flourished, and since we are always keen to find new good products we tried to learn as much as possible in nutrition and physiology. Despite the closing of our business due to our divorce my interest in natural health is still as strong. What you eat and drink is now more important than ever. All 'discoveries' made in contemporary research confirm that exercise and healthy eating strengthen our immune system. I became aware of this early in life since I suffering from severe astma. The doctors' prognosis was that I would be connected to a oxygen respirator by the time I was 40. They also told me it was not much of an idea for me to get an education or try to find a job since I would be sick most of my life. I could never accept this. I made sure I got enough exercise and tried to only eat health-promoting food. This made me interested in health foods, which I've never regretted. Still, during all these years, I have been searching for the 'ultimate' health food product. In reality it is not so much about the strength of the food contents, or how high levels of vitamins or minerals a product contains, but about how efficiently the body can absorb them, and how well balanced the ingredients are with each other. I am very happy to say that I have found this in AlkaGreens. After a heavy period with stress-induced burnout and serious infections for which I had to take strong injection doses of the immunoglobulin Gammanorm every week as well as other strong drugs, I have now been able to quit all this. My husband had his first heart attack at the end of 2003 and was treated with an emergency coronary angioplasty. He was given heaps of medications. Before that he had not even taken an aspirin. I just have to tell you again. I went to see my doctor on 19 September to find out about the tests taken two days previously. I already knew that my blood sugar had gone from 6.9 to 5.5. Ok... What to write here to get people to understand...! That finally there is a product that works, that makes you keep up and withstand colds and other bad stuff. My experience after six months of taking AlkaGreens is that loads of different aspects of my existence have improved. Each individual improvement is very small, almost only perceptible, but when you add them together the difference is enormous! My number of sickdays is zero for the past six months, as compared to my previous 10-15 sickdays per year. I avoid eating wheat, dairy and to mix carbohydrates with animal protein. I also try to eat organically grown food as much as possible. Still, this is not easy when you have to eat out a lot. Hi, I have taken AlkaGreens for a month now and I feel sooo much better than I have done the last four years. Four years ago I experienced the infamous 'burn-out syndrome' and have suffered from fatigue since then. it has been hard to gain temporary energy, which I have used up (in the belief that I was well again) only to end up in bed again. When I started using AlkaGreens I felt the effect pretty much straight away. It only took me a few days to feel more energized with more stamina and a feeling that the sun was shining again. I have been a vegetarian for over 27 years due to constant sinus infections that have taken several operations (and a growing cyst) that have undermined my immune system. I have had to take several nutritional supplements to compensate for my low protein intake all these years. Unfortunately this extra protein came from dairy products which has contributed to my current osteoporosis, but I am all set on overcoming it.
